God's Living Word - A weekly opportunity to read the Bible and discover how God's Word continues to speak to the situations in which we find ourselves.

For many, the Bible remains a mystery. It contains the stories of faithful people and their experiences of God. But because the Bible was written at a different time for a different culture, it is difficult to understand. As part of our study, we'll ask: What did this mean for the first audience who heard it? Why was it written? What was their situation? So What? What does this have to do with us? What does it mean in our situation? Now What? Now that we understand God's Word, how will that change the way we live? No prior experience is necessary. No prerequisites! Everyone is welcome. The class is informal. Just bring a Bible, openness to God's Word, willingness to share your insights and experiences, and a respect for differing opinions.

This fall our Bible study will focus on 1st Corinthians.
